How we can help

HealBee is a free to use community website offering support using simple steps to help you through the end of your relationship. This situation could be through a number of possibilities:

  • Breakdown in the relationship (either mutually or from one side)
  • A traumatic act, such as a death
  • Or preparing yourself for closure
This does pose a problem as we do not want people to clash with each other. For example, putting someone who is considering leaving their abusive partner in the same forum group as say somebody who has just arrived home to find that their children, partner and possessions are no longer there, is simply not sensible. We do not tolerate abusiveness towards our members. Being abusive is not a constructive way to deal with problems, and while it may come as a release to you initially, we expect all of our members to be civil to one another - even if they may not share the same opinion on a subject.

What we do is allocate people to groups, or "hives", dependent on the information they provide to us – and while there is no way of us to verify every registrants details, we do restrict access to areas for newcomers in case they are trying to look for somebody, trying to push a service/product or are simply trying be a nuisance. Please visit the Help section if you have further concerns about this such as staying anonymous.

To use the site you need to create a user profile, so you'll require an email address for verification. We suggest that you use a username that you do not use anywhere else, for you own privacy and we promise never to sell or pass on your details to anyone. Quite simply, the more honest you are about your situation, the more relevant the information we can provide you with.

Getting started lets you customise your experience of the site further by telling us more about yourself when you are ready.

On the next page are the Five Steps to Happiness, and while we cannot guarantee that we will make you happy, we certainly hope it will. It’s important to remember that it is not necessary to go through each and every step – you are not obliged to do anything. Finally, there is no shame going back a step at any stage, it is not a competition just a proposed path.
